| TO ALL MEMBERS OF SPITFIREBIKERS:
I would like to take this opportunity to invite all members of the club and the forum to input their views on holding an AGM.
The purpose of which is:
1. For the members to interact and participate
2. To discuss crucial issues facing the club
3. To plan and promote the club and its activites
4. To discuss, plan and agree on hosting a proper AGM in KL for 2009
I believe it will be beneficial to have this event so that the club can continue to survive and grow. it will also provide a platform for us to meet in person, socialise, verifiy the members, ride together as a group and basically move the club in a positive direction.
please support this initiative with your feed back here on this section of the forum.

| Bandit, sure no problem if you want to vote by proxy as you are already a bona fide verified member, and i would say trusted one too (if we were going by the old SFB system) anyway, this AGM thread is going to be run the idea that it be an open and frank discussion by the members on the issues facing the club and direction the club should be heading towards. oh, btw, bandit, i will be heading down to S'pore on friday ( same reason as before) and will be there till tuesday i guess (stay same area as before) not sure if going by bike or bus. if i got a s'pore "guide", then i will ride  I will sms you before i leave ok. hopefully you are free to catch up when i am there. | |

| I proposed to have the 2006 AGM in sleepy hollow......It would be an interesting one and I do mean at night.....so what do you all think???I'll be there defenately if you guys decide to organize the AGM on this proposed venue..... p/s:ziniac why dont you go and survey around the sleepy hollow area to choose which location is most suitable for the AGM....hehehehhehe  | |

| AGM or not its still the same. We are just bikers that like the company of each others. Fast or slow we end up at the same place(that is if you take attention when the ride organiser is giving directions). Just keep the web site for update. Other than that, we'll ride when we meet up, anytime, anyday and anywhere. | |
